This charming Upper Greenwood Lake home just closed! Congrats Vera! Her clients bought the home with her about 15 years ago, and reached out when it was time to move on and sell. This says a lot for how we build relationships, and the trust that our clients have in us over the years.

Last but not least, a quick market update- What Changed This June. There has been a recent influx of listings across Bergen and Passaic counties, even in towns like Glen Rock, which have had low inventory basically forever. It'll take a while for the data to populate in common agent reports. But anecdotally, the market is slowing down a little bit and buyers are a little slower to make offers than a few weeks ago.
-What this means for sellers: you have to nail pricing and presentation. The market rewards those who present a good product, but if buyers don't see the value, your home will sit on the market.
What this means for buyers: now is your time! If you've been on the fence, get off it- this next week or 2 might mean new opportunities for you to get an offer accepted without a bidding war.
